We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide compassionate and friendly service to each patient. We pride ourselves on our staff’s longevity with the practice. Each member of our treatment team is certified in dental radiology, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars offered by the American Association of Orthodontists and other organizations.
Treatment Coordinator:
You will initially meet with Dr. Peterson and our Treatment Coordinator, Jennifer, for an initial exam and to discuss treatment options, if treatment is recommended. Jennifer is well versed in all aspects of orthodontics and will be glad to guide you through the process. She will answer all your questions on treatment and payment options as well as scheduling follow-up appointments to begin treatment.Financial/Insurance Coordinator:
Tracie is our resident expert on all aspects of orthodontic insurance and financial payment options. She has been with Dr. Peterson since 1990 and you will find her to be well informed, congenial and extremely helpful.Lab Technician/Orthodontic Assistant:
Kay has been a top-notch Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Technician with Dr. Peterson since 1985. She fabricates all the retainers with flair and all but one of our orthodontic appliances in our in-house lab. You will find her to be a kind and gentle soul with a fun personality.Scheduling Coordinators:
Cindy and Sheila are dedicated to making every effort to accommodate your busy life when scheduling your appointments. When visiting our office we want you to feel completely confident about your treatment. We are here to answer any questions about appointments, account balances, T-Link, our Web site, or to direct you to the right person to assist you.Orthodontic Assistants:
Johnnie, Monna, Hollie and Amy assist Dr. Peterson with many of the procedures during your orthodontic visit. They take x-rays and impressions, secure your wires and help with the very important decision of choosing colors. All our assistants teach good orthodontic oral hygiene and show you how to use any appliances you may wear. They are always ready to help with any orthodontic questions you may have and to encourage you throughout your orthodontic experience.
