Mission

At Family Orthodontics our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care and technical excellence in a comfortable and caring environment. We strive to build strong relationships that foster the teamwork necessary to achieve your goal of a healthy beautiful smile.

Appointments

Most orthodontic appointments are short in nature and take place every four to eight weeks. There will be a few procedures that will require morning or middle of the day scheduling. We will work hard to accommodate your scheduling requests.

Your scheduled appointment has been specifically reserved for you. We value your time and pride ourselves in our ability to see you at your scheduled time. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing appointments, but we do request at least 24 hours notice so we may use that time to accommodate other patients. We try our best to reschedule appointments at a time that is convenient for our patients.

Financial

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For the convenience of our patients in Ludington and Manistee, MI, and surrounding counties, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card payments.

Financial options are available through Capital One Healthcare Finance upon approval. We also offer interest free monthly payment plans and have a "family care plan" in which we enroll siblings and offer a family care discount.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
